Tony specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property including acquisitions, sales and drafting and negotiating commercial leases for individuals and companies alike.

Having gained extensive experience in property acquisition on behalf of commercial entities, Tony specialises in acting for clients and lenders in respect of development funding for the acquisition or re-mortgage of property including development land, investment property, commercial and residential portfolios.

Tony has particular expertise drafting bespoke security documents on behalf of clients and lenders, in situations where conventional security is unavailable or inappropriate.
