We’re helping ex Converse Pharma Group employees who have been affected by the collapse of the company.
It was announced on 12th May 2022 that the Doncaster Pharmaceuticals Group, the DE Group and Eurodrug, which make up Converse Pharma Group, had all entered into administration, resulting in around 1,000 job losses.
If you’re facing redundancy from Converse Pharma Group, we may be able to help you.
When an employer proposes to make more than 20 employees redundant at one location, they have a legal obligation to consult with either a recognised trade union or elected employee representatives. If an employer does not comply with this obligation, you may be entitled to claim compensation by bringing a claim for a protective award to the Employment Tribunal.
Our redundancy solicitors would like to support former employees of Converse Pharma Group with bringing a claim for a protective award, where the Tribunal is able to award up to 90 days’, pay capped at £4352 to each individual who is part of the claim.
