Edward Judge

A founding partner in 2013, Edward is a defence solicitor and higher court advocate with extensive experience of all manner of criminal litigation and regulatory compliance cases, ranging from simple driving offences to fraud and company investigations.

As a senior and experienced practitioner with 'higher rights of audience', Edward has accrued a wealth of experience in both the practical and administrative duties associated with large-scale cases involving fraud, business crime and the regulatory compliance of large scale multinationals. He enjoyed a notable success in securing a dismissal following transfer in the SSL International PLC prosecution brought by the SFO and a further attempt by the SFO to apply for a Voluntary Bill of Indictment before the High Court of Justice.

Edward has become a leading advisor to both Limited and publicly listed companies, providing comprehensive reference policies and procedures for their businesses and training their staff to ensure that they are fully informed as to what is expected from them and their understanding of systems and procedures within the business.
