Joshua Keifer

Joshua is a Solicitor within our Corporate and Commercial Team.

Joshua deals with an array of commercial and corporate matters and specialises in commercial litigation.

He applies a forward thinking, dynamic and analytical approach to achieve positive outcomes and solutions for his clients. He has experience at all stages of litigation from pre-action through to enforcement and alternative dispute resolution.

He services a broad cliental base, which includes industry leading businesses, small scale businesses and private individuals. Joshua routinely deals with an array of disputes including contractual interpretation, commercial and residential construction, digital marketing services and has an extensive background in debt recovery.

Joshua also works closely with and assists Simon Fagan, who is a Partner and head of the Civil Litigation department, on high value and complex matters.
