Matt Spencer

Solicitor

Matt joined Aticus Law in 2019 after leaving Freshfields Brookhaus Deringer, and represents a range of clients in corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on real estate disputes.

Servicing a client base including a number of commercial landlords and property developers, Matt utilises his expertise in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of company law to deliver the best possible service to his clients in areas such as corporate structuring, commercial transactions and dispute resolution. Matt oversees the work of junior team members in respect of small claims cases, whilst also working closely with Simon Fagan on several high value matters.
